Unguja (numită și „Insula Zanzibar” sau pur și simplu „Zanzibar”, în greacă veche: Μενουθιάς, romanizat: < /small>Menuthias – așa cum se menționează în Periplusul Mării Eritree) este cea mai mare și cea mai populată insulă din arhipelagul Zanzibar, din Tanzania.
