Budhanilkantha-tempel, gelegen in Budhanilkantha, Nepal, (Nepali: Budhanilkantha Mandir; vertaling: Old Blue Throat) is een hindoeïstische openluchttempel gewijd aan Lord Mahavishnu. De Budhanilkantha-tempel staat ook bekend als de Narayanthan-tempel en is te herkennen aan een groot liggend standbeeld van Lord Mahavishnu.
