Olette (French pronunciation:[ɔlɛt] ; Catalan: Oleta i Èvol) is a commune in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in southern France. Its village of Évol is a member of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France (The Most Beautiful Villages of France) Association.
