The Ermita del Roser is a religious building in the center of Reus (Baix Camp) included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. Building with a single nave in the shape of a Latin cross, three sections and two chapels on each side. It measures 30.05 m in length by 15 m in width and 11.8 in height. It is rectangular in plan and has an apse. It presents pilasters that, with Doric capitals and ornamented cornice finials in the transept and apse, support semicircular vaults. In the center of the cruise there is the dome, with paintings by the Italian Barruguete and Antoni Verdaguer Llunell. The heart is at the feet, in the first section supported by a semi-circular vault.

The side chapels have vaults decorated with floral and geometric coffers. The openings are circular and with a sparse vault. On the wall of the apse there is a polychrome carving of the Virgin of the Rose with the child in her arms. The access door is framed by pilasters and cornice, with ornamentation, and an image inside a niche and two canopied sides. Plastered walls and Arabic tile roof.
