Agustín Luengo Capella, also known as El Gegant Extremeny or El Gegant de la Pobla, (Poble d'Alcocer, Badajoz, August 15, 1849 - Madrid, December 31, 1875) was a very corpulent and tall man, as a result of a disease called acromegaly, who reached a height of 2.35 meters, becoming the second tallest Spaniard in history.
