The City of the Environment is a Regional Project promoted by the Junta de Castilla y León and approved by Law 6/2007, of March 28.[1]u200b This Project is intended to be developed on the spot known as Soto de Garray located along the course of the Duero River, northwest of the city of Soria. It affects 481.83 hectares in the municipality of Garray and 70.65 hectares in the Soria capital.
