达赫拉绿洲（埃及阿拉伯语：الداخلةu200e El Daḵla，发音< span title="Representation in the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA)" lang="arz-Latn-fonipa">[edˈdæxlæ], "the inner oasis")，是埃及西部沙漠的七个绿洲。达赫拉绿洲位于新谷省，距尼罗河 350 公里（220 英里），位于法拉夫拉绿洲和哈尔加绿洲之间。它东西长约 80 公里（50 英里），南北长约 25 公里（16 英里）。
