นาอาดีบู (อาหรับ: نواذيبو, เบอร์เบอร์: Nwadibu, ชื่อเดิม ฝรั่งเศส: Port-Étienne; อังกฤษ: Nouadhibou) เป็นเมืองใหญ่เป็นอันดับ 2 ของประเทศมอริเตเนีย เป็นศูนย์กลางการค้าที่สำคัญ เมืองมีประชากร 118,000 คน และมีมากกว่า 140,000 คน ในเขตมหานคร เมืองตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากชายแดนประเทศมอริเตเนียกับเวสเทิร์นสะฮารา ดินแดนขัดแย้งกับโมร็อกโก
