The Carretera Austral (CH-7, in English: Southern Way) เป็นชื่อที่กำหนดให้กับ Route 7 ของชิลี ทางหลวงวิ่ง ไปทางใต้ประมาณ 1,240 กิโลเมตร (770 ไมล์) จาก Puerto Montt ถึง Villa O'Higgins ผ่านชนบท Patagonia
