Phu Hin Rong Kla Park National (Thai: อุทยาน แห่ง ชาติ ภูหิน ร่อง กล้า กล้า , rtgs: Utthayan Haeng Chat Phu Hin Rong Kla) este un parc național situat în provinciile Loei și Phitsanulok din Thailanda. Aria protejată este situată în munții împăduriți din lanțul Luang Prabang, aproape de granița cu Laos și face parte din ecoregiunea pădurilor tropicale montane Luang Prabang. Parcul a fost baza operațiunilor luptei lungi a combatantului thailandez în războiul comunist din Thailanda.
