La Tomatina (စပိန်အသံထွက်- [la tomaˈtina]) သည် မြေထဲပင်လယ်မှ 30 ကီလိုမီတာ (19 မိုင်) အကွာ စပိန်နိုင်ငံအရှေ့ဘက်ရှိ Valencian မြို့ Buñol တွင် ကျင်းပသည့် ပွဲတော်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး ပါဝင်သူများသည် ခရမ်းချဉ်သီးများကို ပစ်ပေါက်ပြီး ပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲကြသည်။ ခရမ်းချဉ်သီးတိုက်ပွဲတွင် ဖျော်ဖြေရေးသက်သက်ဖြစ်သည်။ 1945 ခုနှစ်ကတည်းက Buñol တွင် သီတင်းတပတ်ကြာ ပွဲတော်ကျင်းပစဉ် သြဂုတ်လ နောက်ဆုံးပတ် ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့တွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။
