ဗီယက်နမ်စစ်သမိုင်းပြတိုက်ကို ၁၉၅၆ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ ၁၇ ရက်နေ့တွင် တည်ထောင်ခဲ့ပြီး ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံ၏ အမျိုးသားပြတိုက် ခုနစ်ခုအနက်မှ တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ၎င်းသည် 12,800 m2 ပါဝင်သည်။ လီနင်ပန်းခြံနှင့် ဟိုချီမင်းဂူဗိမာန်အနီး၊ ဟနွိုင်းအလယ်ပိုင်းတွင် တည်ရှိသည်။ ဟနွိုင်းအလံမျှော်စင်သည် ပြတိုက်ကွင်းအတွင်း၌ တည်ရှိသည်။
