कैस्टर और पोलक्स का मंदिर (इतालवी: Tempio dei Dioscuri) रोमन फोरम, रोम, मध्य इटली में एक प्राचीन मंदिर है। यह मूल रूप से झील रेजिलस (495 ईसा पूर्व) की लड़ाई में जीत के लिए आभार में बनाया गया था। कैस्टर और पोलक्स (ग्रीक Polydeuces) डिओस्कुरी थे, जेमिनी के "जुड़वाँ", ज़ीउस (बृहस्पति) और लेडा के जुड़वां बेटे। उनका पंथ ग्रीस से मैग्ना ग्रीसिया और दक्षिणी इटली की ग्रीक संस्कृति के माध्यम से रोम आया था।
