Girona, Time of Flowers is a flower exhibition that has been held in the city of Girona since 1954. Its creator was Maria Cobarsí and it was in that year when together with some women of the Falange Women's Section set up the first exhibition. Since 1956, every May, this spring festival has been celebrated for a week and attracts people from all over the world.
