Empanada galega

The Galician empanada is a variety of empanada very popular in Galician cuisine and is part of one of its identities. The first pie referred to is chicken and mushroom. It is a culinary preparation that is offered in the municipalities of Galicia on the occasions of feasts and pilgrimages.
