Empanada galega

The Galician empanada is a variety of empanada very popular in Galician cuisine and is part of one of its identities. The first pie referred to is chicken and mushroom. It is a culinary preparation that is offered in the municipalities of Galicia on the occasions of feasts and pilgrimages. It is usually prepared with various contents inside, all of them from the coast and Galician lands. It can be served cold or hot.
