Via ferrata delle Bocchette Alte

Description

The via ferrata delle Bocchette Alte (also simply Bocchette Alte) is a via ferrata in the Brenta Dolomites. Indicated by the SAT with the O305A trail sign, it is one of the routes that make up the via delle Bocchette: a route that crosses a large part of the Brenta Group and one of the most panoramic via ferratas in Trentino.

The route connects the Bocca di Tuckett (2646 m a.s.l.) to the Vedretta degli Armi (2611 m a.s.l.) on the western slope of Cima Molveno allowing the connection at high altitude between the Tuckett Hut (2272 m a.s.l.) and the Alimonta Hut (2580 m a.s.l.). Almost 3000 meters above sea level, it is the highest marked route of the entire group as well as one of the highest in Trentino and in the Dolomites in general.
