The Church of Sretensko-Mikhailovskaya or Church of Candlemas and the Archangel Mikhail or Church of the Presentation of Jesus in the Temple and the Archangel Mikhail (Russian: Сретенско-Михайловская Церковь) is a church built of wood, surmounted by a roof in the form of a castle, located in the old Krasnaya Lyaga village, Kargopol region, Arkhangelsk oblast, Russian Federation.
This is one of the most outstanding wooden architectural monuments in Russia,. It is listed in the Russian Heritage List of Federal Interest under No. 291410146030006. It belongs to the octagonal type, one of the oldest in Russian wooden architecture. It dates from the years 1655-1665.
