Cortijo de las Mezquitas
The Cortijo de las Mezquitas[1]u200b is actually an old mosque built during the government of the Cordovan emir and caliph Abderramán III during the 10th century that was converted into an Andalusian farmhouse from 1552. It is located between the municipalities of Antequera, Campillos and Sierra de Yeguas , in the province of Malaga, Spain. It is considered the largest rural mosque in Spain, with a capacity for 700 people, which is why it was registered as an Asset of Cultural Interest in 2008.
